I want to give my honest review of my experience with Jason Watts at the Wellstar facility. Unfortunately, I feel that both deserve 1-star reviews for several reasons. When I first met Jason Watts, I perceived that he seemed annoyed with me. As an autistic individual, I tend to hyperfocus on people's actions during initial meetings, and his body language suggested to me that he did not want me there. Dr.Jason Watts was very attentive to me and my situation. He made me feel comfortable talking about what is going on in my life. I highly recommend this service to anyone that needs the care and support of the company.
He immediately dismissed the concerns of my PCP, a previous therapist, and me without even considering them. He then made scientifically inaccurate statements about ADHD/ADD. He showed frustration with the medication prescribed by my primary care provider (PCP), criticizing PCPs for 'dabbling in psychiatry,' which is convenient for him, since it's way more costly to see a psychiatrist.
