Dr. Kaur is one my most favorite doctors ever! I've had her as my physician for the last 3 years. She is very personable, and you can tell she really cares about you as a person, and she takes her time with you. I have recently had to change insurance providers, and she is no longer "in-network" for me. I truly regret that I have to find another doctor, but if I could keep Dr. Jaspreet Kaur, I definitely would!
My Children were born at St.Agnes. Raised with St. Agnes Pediatric care. My Mom moved back to Fresno in 2011. Both My Mom and I became patients of Dr. Jaspreet Kaur. Until Mom's passing, We benefited from Dr.Kaur's outstanding care and knowledge. I am continue to be a patient of Dr. Kaur's. The office staff is working beyond measure to assist Dr. Kaur's patients. Took me a long time to find the perfect doctor. Dr. Kaur really does make you feel like your concerns are being heard. She never makes you feel rushed through your appointment.
I found her after having several issues come up medically. Most have been resolved now with her help. She is SUPERB at managing issues with different specialists. Not everyone checks everything so well. I am very pleased.
I had a bad experience with her I scheduled an appointment through Saint Agnes portal got a text message , email to check in and call to confirm the date and time . when I show up to my appointment, it was cancelled due to an error on their online booking system . Rude and unprofessional staff and doctor blaming the online system and short staffing for Lack of communication that they didn’t call in advance to tell me not come in. Not a caring doctor or staff !!!
