Javier was amazing!! This is the second time we’ve worked with him and he’s great at what he does. It’s like having a family member/close friend that looks out for you and is always there. Rate needs to do a better job of managing/explaining expectations/changes throughout this process for clients. From a consumer standpoint, we received several different disclosures with different numbers several times without so much as hint of why there are significant changes to the numbers. We simply received a message basically saying “ we’ve made changes.
