I give them a full 5 stars. They came to help me get into my home after a mistake where I locked the doorknob and didn’t take the key with me. They came quickly. Were professional. Communicative. Reasonable price. I give them a top quality review and fully recommend them.
Not impressed. $160 and an hour and a half to (apparently repair), cut, and program a new aftermarket key for an older car. And after all that, some of my car features still don't work with the new key compared to my old key. I bought the key new, recommended by someone else with this car. I bring it to JLS and they verify the functionality of the transponder. They sync it to the car to lock and unlock it. $60. I figure, great, let's cut it. This is by far the best locksmith shop in our area. Barack helped us out today and went above and beyond in making sure the job was done right. I've hired this company a few times and they are honest, professional, and reliable. Today I was especially impressed with their work.
I had a problem with a fob. Ben popped it open and fixed it. He has great diagnostic equip and knows how to use. He also quoted me a great price to program another fob that had lost the programming. I highly recommend them!
Great shop, great service and very fair pricing! Brought in a lock to be rekeyed but he worked on it and freed it up and now it works perfect. Ended up getting five keys for spares and the total bill was unbelievably very little. Highly recommend, will be back for all my key services!
