Before I came to Bob Hart, I was actually at another dealership looking at another car. The dealership I was at, had me thinking i was interested in a car that i actually could not care less about, they were rude, and they kept trying to shove this car down my throat for three hours before i decided to go to Bob Hart. Ok...I broke down on 44 and it was bad!...10k to replace the entire fuel system!...that stinks but I will say that Tom in service was very kind and helpful!...it took longer to fix than I would have liked but that’s not their fault!..I think they did great given that I was just a non scheduled break down!...but here is the kicker!....they didn’t get a system to work before I left and it HAPPENED to break several days later and they honored fixing it!...I have to say I am impressed with Tom and Mr Woods the shop manager...act... read more
