My Vehicle was totalled. I had not had a vehicle for 2 weeks. Frustration was setting in. I clicked on a Jay Hatfield ad online. Within 10 seconds my phone was ringing. It was Kennan Baker from Hatfield in Columbus. I didn't have a way to Columbus. Kennan said, No Worries, and came and picked me up! Our salesman, Don Nading was great, we stopped in because my daughter Shana told us they had the color jeep I loved. I made a bad mistake 7 months ago by trading my purple back country jeep off for a Renegade. cheaper payments, was told in Joplin no trade could happen for at least 2 years.
