RecommendedA few months ago I had some troubles with my battery and they did everything they could and got the problem fixed. They are very kind people! I had a nail in my tire and one of the employees paid for it to be fixed! That was above and beyond! Great experience with them! Definitely recommend!

I have always had a hard time buying vehicles and usually had to go to high interest lots where the vehicles were high mileage with no warranty . I hesitated going to Jay Hatfield because of our credit but decided to check it out and met a great salesman named Donald Nading that was very upfront about the vehicles I was looking at. Nothing but good things to say about Rashawn, no high pressure tactics. I was able to try out the Rebel on the lot to see if it was a good fit, Rashawn and the manager worked to get me the Rebel I wanted from another lot. Very solid first offer on my trade in.
