Service department is top notch. From the moment I reached out to Alex until the moment I arrived in Wichita I was treated with the most respect and I felt valued. Justin was the service tech who added handful of mods to my motorcycle and was open to my many visits inside the shop and his motorcycle lift to talk about options of the way I wanted something to be done or how it should look. Very pleased and it was worth every penny I spent

This is my second ATV from this dealership I’ve been extremely happy with both machines as well as the sales people and the finance department Liz was the sales person the second time around she was extremely helpful extremely informative and kept in communication with me the entire time I would highly recommend Jay Hatfield and I will continue to do business with them in the future I’ve been very happy with them as well as with Liz

I would recommend them for testing and doing small and med to major repairs . I've only been there 1 time and didn't need alot of work . they were very nice and knowledgeable and repaired my bike in a very timely manner. cost was also very affordable from what I've been told . I've only had my bike in there shop and only 1 time but I will definitely be a repeat customer if I have any issues . they were even nice enough to do some adjustments free of charge for me so they go the extra mile to ensure there customers are happy ... read more
