GOLD STARS for Dr. Jay Hsu. He listens. He asks questions. He knows a lot. And he cares. Both my husband and I are his patients. And we both recommend him.
Knowledge is one thing, and he has it. Human touch and caring are another thing, and that is rarer, and he has it in spades. Example: I had a Cardio CT Calcium scan, had the results sent to his office. The nurse shared results w/me via phone and showed me in the 50-75% range. However, given my family history, I was worried just a bit and wondered which end of that spectrum?. Dr. Hsu proactively called me and left message that it was mild and low risk..most doctors would not make that call!
Dr Jay Hsu, and his staff handle my visit with courtesy, kindness, understanding. He put me at ease, and is very patient . It's refreshing to find a Doctor willing to help you understand your condition, and be compassionate about his profession.
