Dr Patel is great! Very attentive & I feel like he truly cares for his patients. However lifestance health in general is the reason I only gave a 2 star review. It’s very hard when you call to actually get in touch with a real person. It takes forever & a day & is very inconvenient. Plus when you finally get in touch with someone you’re always being transferred to someone else which takes even more time. I feel like every time I’ve called nobody at reception wants to help me.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Jay Patel, MD today and I really enjoyed the interaction… even though my psyche can be very difficult for me to discuss, he was a great and caring listener…. Very specifically one of the best traits in a psychiatrist and doctor.
In this world of Covid and social distancing, we need to make adjustments to continue with care. The virtual visits to doctors and therapists are necessary to stay safe. I prefer the in-person connection but that option was not available. Dr Patel was pleasant, empathetic and focused on me and my concerns. I highly recommend Doctor Jay Patel to anyone looking for a caring and professional doctor. He listens attentively to my concerns and always tries to find the best solutions for me. He is very patient and respectful, and he makes me feel comfortable and valued. He is truly one of the best doctors I have ever had.
Great experience. Dr. Patel was prompt and effective. Listened to my symptoms and did a good job explaining his treatment. I had a video call for my first appointment. Super convenient.
