Everything went well except for my blood draw. When I informed the lady taking my blood that It clots in the purple tube and that she’ll probably have to draw again, she said; that’s okay, I’ll just grab another tube. Without asking if I was okay with it, she moved my arm and asked me to move with her while the needle was in my arm. Digging into me and moving around in my vein. Very professional, yet friendly & easy to talk with! Made me feel very comfortable discussing an upcoming surgery & what to expect. I felt that care was given & that I wasn't just a number to process. Highly recommend.
She is very nice,caring and made feel good knowing we are getting closer to finding out what's going on with 💕 her whole staff was caring and made my experience a good one 💕
