We are very pleased with our new roof from JB Roofing! From the start of our project with the estimate, then communication with the office, and finally the day our our job, we cannot be happier with JB Roofing. Totally professional in all aspects of our new roof. They showed up promptly in the morning, covered all potentially damaging areas, and when the job was finished at the end of the day, a person would never be able to tell that JB was there! I must say that we’re very impressed and satisfied with the job done by JB Roofing Systems LLC! From our first meeting for the estimate through the completion of our roof, they have been friendly, professional and responsive- answering every question and keeping us informed of any changes. When the day came to redo the roof, they were on site early and worked quickly and efficiently. I'd like to give them a better review because they did an efficient job with our roof. However we've asked Doug about 6 times to come back and put the downspout they promised us in, and every time, he says he'll be there, but never shows up (supposedly it should take 10 minutes?). They were in the neighborhood last week installing another roof, and we stopped by and asked them to come and put it in, and mentioned that there was something wrong with the gutters at the back of the house as they must be blocked because the wate... read more
