JBI has been maintaining my generator for many years. They're always professional, thorough and a pleasure to work with. Their pricing is reasonable and I never had a complaint. Their technician, Francisco knows his stuff!
Costco chose JBI as their preferred vendor so I trusted that endorsement, and I wasn't wrong. JBI was responsive and professional from the first call. They installed a cool whole house generator, replaced and upgraded our power panel, and even replaced some of our old and unsafe wiring. The team worked fast and made everything clean and impressive. I’ve wanted a whole-house generator for 20 years and I’m glad I went with JBI when I decided to pull the trigger. I made the purchase through Costco. The lengthy process of measurements, permitting, logistics and installation was made easy because of their vast experience and knowledgeable workers. Great experience from beginning to end with the sales team and the technicians. There was a long lead time from contract signing to installation start but to my understanding that was related to manufacturing backlog with my generator. All in all, great service and highly recommend
