The service was amazing, and the technician (Paul) was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely good looking
Good service, but need to improve scheduling. I received a phone call to schedule an appointment. I told the person that afternoons worked best. She scheduled an appointment at noon Monday. Within 30 seconds of ending the call, I got a text stating that the service would be between 9:30 and 10:00 AM Monday. Max arrived around 9:45. He did a good job of servicing; however, got one filter the wrong size, so will have to follow-up, which is not a big deal, but the scheduling needs to be improved.
Jc Mechanical came and did repairs on air ducts and heating system . They were very efficient, professional,and AFFORDABLE! Paul is amazing and great on explaining what was wrong with our A/C and Heating system . We are so glad we found Jc Mechanical! We highly recommend to anyone needing any A/C Heating service done. Thanks guys you made our winter a whole lot warmer and efficient!GREAT JOB!
I have no complaints. The guys took care of business. Air Cond / heatpump system operates normal
