JC Mechanical is the most family like, professional, down to earth, trustworthy company that I have been able to have the pleasure of working with. We’ve always had a great experience with JC Mechanical! They are always able to come out within a day or two to get our HVAC fixed! Their employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and prices are reasonable.
JC Mechanical has truly earned an A+ in my book. Colby and his team are highly knowledgeable, professional, and timely in their work. They recently troubleshot a leak on the drain of my AC unit and encountered an unexpected issue while reinstalling the coil after cleaning it. What impressed me most was their integrity. Finally a trustworthy and dependable company. Paul came out quickly and was able to figure out the problem and promptly fixed the issue. Arrived when he said he would and followed up as well. I appreciate the text they send letting you know they are on the way. Very glad I found them and now have a reliable service I can rely on in the future.
JC Mechanical is truly a customer focused team that concentrates on customer needs. I had a special situation that many companies would have passed on it because it their profits suffered. They jumped right in and did a great job!
