Joe is a true professional and incredibly talented. He treats every project—large or small—with the same care and attention to detail as if it were his own home. Highly recommend!
Joe did a phenomenal job finishing our basement. He completed the project timely and with great precision. He checked in everyday and let me know what the plans were and when each step would be completed. All of his subcontractors are fantastic and professional as well. You couldn’t ask for a better person to complete your project! I have him coming back to work on my main level as well.

Joe did an excellent job helping us replace nearly all the flooring in our townhome. He is knowledgeable and was very responsive and available to answer all our questions throughout the project. It was great working with him.
I was subcontracted by Joe at JDR to paint everything in a basement in Lake Elmo recently. About 1300 sq/ft of Ceilings, trim, doors, and walls. As the painter I get to see everyone's work, and it's my job to fix it and make it look good. Everyone did excellent work before me, the drywallers, carpenters, and flooring guys.
