I cannot say enough about the job JDR did at our house! We had a pipe leak in our master bathroom and had to do a reroute through the master bath. We have a mid-century home so the master bath was just a little half bath with a vanity. While we were having our home restored, we asked our project manager, Ivan, if he could do some upgrades for us (if we paid a little extra of course) and take out the standup closets that were back to back in the bathrooms, install a shower, and upgrade the finishes, vanity and tile in our bat... read more

JDR Restoration had done a fantastic job helping with our water damage caused by a leaking dishwasher that affected cabinets, drywall, and flooring. Maverick was over the project and he was in communication each step of the way, clearly explaining each process they worked through. We had a faucet leak from an upstairs bathroom to a downstairs bathroom. Prestin and his team were really great to work with. He communicated with me a lot throughout the process, answered all my questions, worked quickly and just always had an excellent attitude of service. Prestin also has a lot of insurance knowledge which was comforting in our situation. I am really grateful for Mansfield Plumbing’s recommendation of JDR. Thank you Prestin and team!

JDR restoration came out quickly when our office flooded. The got to work on everything in a timely manner. Oscar was very helpful through the whole process. He made sure we were comfortable at all times and checked in with us often. He let us know everything that was being done/going to be done and frequently asked us if we had any questions. Oscar and his crew have been very respectful and helpful during this tough time.

Completed a floor mitigation project with this company earlier this year, and I have been highly impressed with the professionalism and courteous manner in which their team communicates throughout the project.
