My provider is wonderful. The only problems I've experienced are that the office is so busy that it's almost impossible to get in touch with office staff regarding billing errors or canceling appts. It takes almost 20 minutrs or more to get someoneon on the phone. I've been calling & texting for 2 days to try to cancel my appt. I finally got someone on the line & she told me I would be charged a $100 cancelation fee - even though i was calling more than 24 hours in advance. Highly recommend. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Cadet listens and provides informative assessments to his patient’s condition and discusses all treatment options. Very professional, great bedside manner and respect for patient autonomy.
Dr. Cadet takes the time to listen to all of my concerns, and with his help changed my life. For the better. He keeps in touch to make sure I stay on the right path, and always gets back to me within the day when I need to get in touch with him. I’m very thankful to have found him. He genuinely cares for his patients which is hard to find.
Just poor service all the way around. He refuses to communicate any information regarding your meds, what he’s prescribing, why etc. He is also ill equipped emotionally to handle the demands of patients with needs that require more than “2 aspirin and call me in the morning. Actually, don’t. I won’t speak to you.” I’m looking as we speak for a new provider.
Dr. Cadet is always very professional and caring.
