I have been there twice. They always try to upsell. The Dr said if I didn't have a procedure we would have no choice but to 'Extract' my teeth. (Which aren't even loose.) The print out of the estimate had no details on it, so I didn't even know what it covered. One of the girls in the front office was reading aloud the rules for the 'Increase in sales' and 'Same day closing' game they were participating in. Not going back.

Dr. Snow lied to my face. Had a top denture made and the process took too long and the denture never fit right. Could not use the denture on two different occasions while I waited two weeks for an appointment to adjust it. On last visit of the adjustment period Snow told me they were going to replace the denture because of the bad fit. Another two week wait. Not a great experience at all

An awful experience. No teeth in my son’s mouth and no dentures. He saw a dentist in another state and that dentist was appalled that even the top to an implant had been cut off. We asked for our money back since we paid for dentures that were never put into place AND NO REFUND. Called the main Aspen Dental line and found out they are privately owned and was told to go back to Dr Snow’s office to get the money back!
