If every business was run this way the UK would be perfect. Was initially referred to Jeeves by Moose Knuckle for a self inflicted repair as their chosen repair company in the UK. You can see why such a premium brand would. From start to finish, excellent communication and advice and within days returned jacket beautifully sent, wrapped and virtually invisible repair. Worked with Stan, and he personally made sure our dry cleaning arrived at the apartment before a scheduled travel. Made the service look seamless.
After paying £82 for a blanket to be cleaned it was returned filthy. Covered in debris, smelled like greasy take away and there was still food on it. The cover was meant for regular clean but because they don’t bother to follow instructions on the label it was allegedly dry cleaned.
