Did a very good job of cleaning my item - a bag of varying textures which they managed to make look like new - but overall quite poor customer service. Phoned to ask about an email they sent and was met with quite a lot of attitude and sarcasm. Was also told it would take a few weeks to clean, and eventually got it back over four and a half months later with no update during that time as to what the status of it was.

After paying £82 for a blanket to be cleaned it was returned filthy. Covered in debris, smelled like greasy take away and there was still food on it. The cover was meant for regular clean but because they don’t bother to follow instructions on the label it was allegedly dry cleaned. I was gaslit over the phone about how dry cleaning smells of chemicals as though I don’t the difference between dirt and professionally washed laundry. Two emails went unanswered also. Proceed with caution. 9 Plantagenet Road, Barnet, London, EN5 5JG. The service here is extremely poor, with low standards and even worse customer care. If you have the misfortune of dealing with the so-called “manager,” Asjerdee, be prepared for rudeness, defensiveness, and a lack of professionalism she only offers an apology when confronted directly. I didn't end up using their services in the end due to price constraints, however, their customer service was excellent. I have bag which has had dye transfer to the fabric and from the moment I enquired, they were super helpful and honest. They did remove a patch for me and did this without any cost. The picked up and delivered my item, with little hassle. Even though I didn't go ahead with their full service, I had a wonderful experience.
