I gave them a very delicate Louis Vuitton jacket that needed professional dry-cleaning care — and they handled it perfectly! These guys are absolute experts. The lady who works there is also so kind and accommodating. Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you ❤️
Terrible arrogant staff with no intention to help. This is the second time pieces in missing from this shop and once again the lady called Andrea failed to offer support nor checking on the system as she said she doesn’t know how to use the system! Please Jeeves offer her training so my missing pieces of dry clean could be followed up. She doesn’t even know how to do cash& card payment because once again she doesn’t know how to use the system. What a terrible experience
Robbed by this “establishment.” Made the mistake of taking two coats here to be cleaned. Not only were they NOT cleaned WHAT SO EVER, ive emailed the manager Dan Lewis 5 times who has not responded to me after claiming he will refund me. £200 donation to this theft business. Im still waiting for my refund Dan.
I washed this prada dress at the end of last summer here, and when I got it back it looked like it wasn't washed. But I didn't think twice about it. I just took it back. Today was the first time I took it out and when I put it on I noticed a lot of stains - far more than the ones on the picture. In fact, I don't think they did clean the dress. While It cost me at least eighty pounds.
Absolutely love coming here. Adina gives excellent service! She’s very kind and helpful and I feel my needs are always satisfied! Highly recommend.
