Lost my sisters bespoke ivory satin bridesmaids top. Said they’d dry clean my wedding dress for free and box it up to make up for it. I opened up the box with my designer wedding dress in it a year later and they hadn’t touched it. They’d just boxed it up, untouched. Thankfully Chelsea Green Valet down the road have now done a fantastic job on my dress

I brought a stained silk dress (which I later found out to be just water) to be dry-cleaned. After paying c.80 pounds in advance they kept the dress for a week and were not able to remove the stain. I asked for a refund but it was denied. I then brought the dress to a different drycleaner who cleaned it perfectly for just 20 pounds. Terrible service and bad attitude.
