I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Jeeves Fulham Road branch, and felt compelled to share it. I brought in my Canada Goose gilet for dry cleaning, trusting Jeeves because they are listed as an official cleaner for the brand. When I returned, the stains were still there and the job was clearly incomplete. Thanks for an amazing experience, I was so worried about the stain on my wife's dress but you guys absolutely smashed it. Note to self.. must be more careful with red wine whilst dancing in the kitchen. Thanks again especially to Cole, you're a life saver.
Lost my sisters bespoke ivory satin bridesmaids top. Said they’d dry clean my wedding dress for free and box it up to make up for it. I opened up the box with my designer wedding dress in it a year later and they hadn’t touched it. They’d just boxed it up, untouched. Thankfully Chelsea Green Valet down the road have now done a fantastic job on my dress
