Jeff was very nice. Anytime I had a question or concern, he called me right away. He would explain everything to me in detail of what was going on. Jeff made it very less stressful for me, especially since I was a first-time home buyer. I will recommend him to any of my friends or family.
I knew Jeff for a total of one week. What was normally a 30-day process, he turned into a 3 day process this. If you need a home quick, he's your guy. By the way, I didn't have cash at all. He was able to secure me a loan within 3 days. We were able to sign on the 4th day. He also sent us an expensive gift after closing. Hopefully, you can get that gift also. The next house I buy, if Jeff is unavailable, I'm not buying.
Being a first time home buyer can be stressful. We also used a local down payment assistance program which makes things even more complicated. We had a tight timeline and I was a ball of nerves and had tons of questions. Jeff handled things like a pro and kept things moving along smoothly. I can't believe we're actually homeowners now.
