I made a new patient appointment a month ago, and found out that they accidently cancelled my appointment when I went in today. This was after they sent a reminder text for my appointment yesterday. In addition to this, the office has a very fragrant candle burning all the time. They said all the offices have this as it's their signature scent. If you have anaphylaxis to scents or severe asthma, this will not be the place for you.
