Our doctors perform comprehensive eye exams including refraction and dilation of your pupils when indicated. A comprehensive exam can detect up to 16 different eye and general health conditions and gives your doctor a direct view of your vascular system (arteries and veins). Many eye diseases do not have obvious signs until significant damage has occurred. Vision Care Direct recommends that our members have a comprehensive eye exam every 12 months.

Everything having to do with the exam was great. Parking, wait time, staff, doctor—all wonderful. The staff were attentive, and when I explained to the person performing the initial tests that I was anxious about my first ever eye exam, she was very kind and patiently explained each step to me. My eye dr is amazing! She’s so friendly and out going. She remembers you and she genuinely cares. She explains everything to you and in a way that I totally understood. The staff is great and very helpful in helping me pick out my new glasses. Thank you Joy you are great! Even the eye dr was out in lobby and gave me her opinion on the two pair of glasses that I was thinking about. Customer service is great!

I took my son for an eye exam, and we were in and out in under an hour. The staff was very friendly, and the doctor provided excellent explanations that my 10-year-old son could easily understand. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
This was my first appointment at Dr Long’s office, and I felt the staff was attentive and explained each step of the exam process. Dr Long was professional, answered my questions, and cares about his patients and providing quality service. There was a large selection of cute eyeglass frames available to choose from.
