Jeff was a good communicator and whenever we had a question, he responded right away. Even though the underwriters were slammed with business when we began our loan process, Jeff and Paula made sure our closing deadline was met. The couple we purchased our home from were 95 and 92 years of age and are now in assisted living. Jeff asked the closing attorney to make arrangements to meet with them so they could sign the documents without leaving their home. Great experience!
