Our interactions with office and maintenance staff have been positive and helpful. This made our transition to Jefferson Place a seamless one. Carmen's enthusiasm for and her comprehensive knowledge of the community, in part, influenced our decision to live here. We especially appreciate Carmen's assistance in the application process. Jefferson Place is a wonderful place to live. We feel safe and the apartments are beautiful. The grounds are pristine and the clubhouse is perfect all year around. Carmen is wonderful. She's one of the managers and we love seeing her whenever we go into the clubhouse where her office is. She's always smiling and helpful. We have lived here more than 2 years and have no plans of living anywhere else.
