On time services Well this is not the first time my rental staff worked together to accommodate my issues.Sharon,Jennifer,Yelitza are the leasing consultants and they are always on point when I have a concern,they work really well with each other it’s almost like a domino’s effect and when that happens here comes Maintenance Mr.Asher and Mr.Michael to complete the issue at hand ??.Thank You
4.5 out of 5 Ofcourse everywhere has it’s good and bad. I’ve been here for 3 years and honestly I love it. Maintenance can do better but I’ve never had any major issues. If i have complaints I send out my emails and take needing action to make sure something is done and i always end up with good results. Where I live is quiet and respectful never had any issues with my neighbors. The apartment itself i love it , spacious nice and affordable. I have two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Quiet and Affordable This is a very quiet and affordable apartment complex with the best staff. It's within minutes of great restaurants and shopping. The common areas are always maintained and the pool area is always a great place to relax. The living areas are very spacious, comfortable and the maintenance staff is very fast and reliable. It is a very nice hidden gem.
