The entire staff is efficient and friendly. All the staff that were dealing with my dog walked me completely through every aspect of the procedure he would be going through. After the procedure I received a text message advising me that my dog had come through the procedure as they expected and a pick-up time. Finally when picking up my dog, the limitations on his movement were explained along with the medication how and when they should be given along with his recovery scheduled.
