Our dog had to have a very unexpected surgery due to an injury. Dr. Rigsby took wonderful care of him and has checked in on him multiple times throughout the week. Everyone in the office was very caring and kind. We’re very thankful and would recommend Jefferson Road Animal Hospital and Dr. Rigsby to anyone looking for a caring veterinarian.

We brought both of our basset hounds into Jefferson animal hospital on Friday January 22nd and had a wonderful experience compared to the experience we had at the other vet hospital we were taking our dogs to. I could not believe how easy the checkout process was I didn't have to fight with either dog at the checkout register to check out it was done all right there in the room so the dog was in the room I didn't have to worry about fighting him to pay my bill. They really CARE about the animals!
My cat is herself again. The hospital visit was do stress free and my cat did not come home anxious. She likes my other cat again and it is all thanks to Jefferson Road Animal Hospital. I will bring both my cats here now
Jefferson Road Animal Hospital is a great place for care! Dr. Katie took such great care of our pup when he needed surgery. Their prompt responsiveness and warm hearts will keep us coming back!
Dr. Corey is very friendly. He speaks in “non-vet” terms and makes you feel comfortable. Vet Tech Bri is great too 🥰🐶
They are great and care so much for our fur babies. Mine recently had serious dental work done. Dr Swartz called me during the procedure to tell me what he had found, what he could do, and the cost. It was great to know what to expect when I picked them up. He also gave me complete instructions for them. I trust him with my babies as I have all my babies in the past.
