I have been bringing my cats to the Cat Clinic at Jefferson Rd Animal Hospital for many years because I trust Dr Mason and Dr Swart's expertise and I know they truly care about my cats and me. They have kept my old boys (cats) going thru serious illnesses, taking time to call me to see how they have been doing after treatments. I lost one of my cats to cancer few months back and both Drs took time to call and express their condolences. Excellent care and personal service!

We recently switched to Jefferson Road Animal Hospital and love it. From the lady who answered the phone, the vet techs and Dr. Rigsby... everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. My 14 year old dog had a wide range of health concerns. They addressed all of them and she is feeling and looking much better. Dr. Rigsby even reached out a few days later to check in and make sure we were seeing improvement. I’m glad I finally made the change and will definitely recommend them.
Wonderful staff! We had a great experience today. There's not very many vets that will treat bunnies. We will definitely be back!
Dr. Rigsby and the staff at Jefferson Road are the most caring and loving animal care providers we have ever met! They have taken care of things with older furbaby Maizy our old vet would never address even when we asked. Our newest addition had struggled a little with his neutering to no fault but his own fun/life loving self. Dr. Rigsby and the team have tackled each challenge Hank has thrown their way lovingly. Dr. Katie Rigsby is unbelievably caring, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful! Not only did she take the time to really evaluate our new rescue puppy physically, but also she has been so helpful to give us tips on how we get our new little guy adjusted to our family! All of the staff has been kind and caring, and I'm so glad we found Jefferson Road Animal Hospital! <3
Brought our dog here with acute onset partial paralysis Saturday as every other vet we found was closed. From the moment we arrived the entire staff was nothing but sweet, kind and helpful. They took great care of our boy and you can tell they are genuine. My son is hoping to volunteer here soon as he is considering a career as a vet and was very impressed and comfortable with everyone he met.
