Everyone is very friendly and we absolutely LOVE Dr. Rigsby. The PAW plan they offer is great. I HIGHLY recommend anyone needing a vet to go here.
The staff here is just plain awesome! Every time I come here I feel like we are cared for. Great doctors and technicians. Very thorough, gentle, and understanding with my cat! If you're looking for your next vet, you've found them!
We have recently started taking our animals to Jefferson. (We have 2 dogs and 3 kitties) Everyone is so kind and Dr. Rigsby is just amazing thank you all so much for taking such good care our babies !!! ❤️

Dr Katie Rigsby and staff are amazimg! They take such good care of my fur babies and ensure we understand the whole picture of our pets health. They take their time to explain procedures and answer questions. Very caring receptionist, too!
Jefferson Road Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing. They treat all animals, even the ones most people see as disposable, with the utmost care. I took my mouse Oreo there because he was sick and Dr. Rigsby treated him with such gentleness and care. Oreo was very old, and on the day of his follow-up, he passed away. Dr. Rigsby was so understanding and nice while I cried over a mouse, who was my fur friend. The vet tech brought me a box with a drawing of an angel Oreo to put him in to bury him when I got home.
