Everyone that helped, me made me feel comfortable. The nurse that attended to me was extremely helpful and made me feel better about the procedure. All that people that I came in to see were very nice and knowledgeable. I'm happy to say that everything thing turned out okay.
upon entering Methodist Hospital there was a lot of confusion and misdirection. Apparently, the rules changed and you are no longer able to go to registration to check in. Now you're supposed to go to the information desk and the security guard checks you in? Really? The officer who was standing there attempting to direct people was very rude and asking me what I was there for. Like I am suppose to tell my business to a random officer in the middle of the reception area with 10 other people standing there?? I was really piss... read more
The wait for results of a diagnosis is extremely nerve racking. Something should be fine to make it an easier and quicker process. However everyone is extremely nice and the facilities are clean
I have been going the last three years. Staff is very nice, accommodating and professional. Everything looks clean and equipment looks modern.
