It was a great opportunity to have Dr. Berg care for my fractured arm. He thoroughly explained the extent of my injury and the precautions i should take to support a full and timely recovery. His professionalism, expertise, and reassuring manner gave me a great comfort and confidence throughout the visit. Doctor Berg is the best doctor that I’ve ever had. He is the surgeon for my ACL reconstruction. Patient, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, recovery expectations, and answered all my questions. I recommended him to my best friend for his ACL issue. If anyone is looking for an orthopedic surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Berg without any reservation.
He seemed to have been in a bad mood. He didn't greet me politely and did not shake my hand when he entered the room. He did not have the x-ray images displayed in the room to go over them with me. I didn't see my x-ray results and didn't see how my knees looked. I'm paying for this and I should have seen the x-rays. He also had an attitude. Dr. Berg was super helpful in getting me to feel better and understand exactly what was going on with my shoulder. From the diagnosis, to treatment options, to a treatment plan, there was no stone left unturned. I highly recommend him if you have issues with your shoulder joint.
