Extradionary, professional, caring dental care!! I am always reluctant and apprehensive when I have a pending dental appointment, but I was immediately at ease as soon as I walked in and greeted by the Receptionist, I think her name is Amber (please forgive me if I am incorrect). Painless trip to the dentist, as usual I have been a patient of Dr. Tibbs for quite a few years. When you come into the office you are greeted with warmth and smiles all around which immediately puts you at ease. As for Dr. Tibbs, on a scale of 1 to 10 he is a solid 15. I had some experiences with dentists when I was younger that made me very fearful. Dr. Tibbs' patience and calming manner have made those experiences just a faint memory. Great service! Friendly staff, and no wait time for my appointment. Dr. Tibbs was very helpful in giving me options as to how I want to go about getting my teeth fixed, quoting different prices and options no forced procedures on things I didn't see necessary. He knew what I wanted to do and was more than willing to do it. I've been looking for a new dentist for some time now and I think I've found the right one!
