Excellent customer service. They actually answer the phone within three or four rings! They’ve always been able to answer my questions and help direct me to the right resources for my medical needs.
I am extremely pleased with the understanding and helpful suggestions offered by Dr. Schack. He’s very compassionate and I would recommend him to any person needing therapy and/or medication. He listens to you and isn’t judgmental. Dr Schack has the experience to offer insights on a myriad of problems.
I'm very pleased with Dr. Schack as my psychiatrist. He is helping me to be able to handle everyday life in baby steps I can compute it in my brain. Dr. Schack is professional and has a way of drawing out the patient to think and use emotional intelligence in solving a problem. He is an expert in teaching one to pause and examine the real cause of a problem or event. He carefully outlines behavior choices and the results of choosing one or the other in moving forward.
