Great! Jeff was excellent and followed up when necessary
No matter how many times you go through it, the process of applying for a mortgage loan and navigating underwriting requirements is a tedious and complicated affair. Jeff was amazing throughout my experience. He was always on time, explained everything that was happening, gave realistic expectations, and was a pleasure to work with!

Jeff was always friendly, helpful, and responsive. We had a few delays outside of his & our control and he did everything he could to make sure we stayed on track. I'm convinced things would not have gone as smoothly wihtout his help. I always felt he genuinely cared and would be happy to work with him again.
