Worst experience ever, not sure how this lady became a doctor and/or why OSF would allow her to work for them. Denying my son his mental health medication he's been on for almost 1 year, if this isn't malpractice I don't know what is...My son has been told NEVER to just stop taking his medication because of severe side affects. Yet he had to suffer without it for days because of this woman denying him a prescription. A formal complaint is being filed. Possible law suit.
