Since my first appointment, I have always felt welcomed by Jen. As someone who worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade, it is easy to tell when someone is being genuine or not. I have seen the worst in people and the best. Jen has truly and actually made me feel that I am cared for by her as a human and not just treated like a number. She works with me and not against me, giving suggestions and options and involving me in my choices.
This woman is the most incompetent doctor I have ever met. My step daughter has tried numerous times to reach out to her to talk to her and she even left messages for her to call her back because she is having issues. She never calls back. There will be a complaint placed with the medical board as of today. This is a psychiatric doctor dealing with patients who have mental health problems and not contacting them back is unacceptable.
