Before we left we asked for a Dr. Excuse, it was never email. I had to remind them the next day. They finally send me an email but couldn't open the attachment. So I email and they finally send me a Dr. Excuse with the wrong patient name exposing that patient name and information! When can I get a Dr? Excuse letter???
