I will start off by saying that for most of my life I've not been a fan of dentists in general because of bad past experiences. My first experience with Dr. Ebner was in October 2019. I had a crown that broke partially off on a Friday night. I emailed her office and she came in on a Saturday(her day off) to treat me; I wasn't even a patient at the time. I drive a fair way to see Dr. Ebner and staff because of the care and attention I receive. I have referred 4 friends and family members so far and will send more people here. Holistic dental products offered too
Recently moved to Scottsdale and met 3 other dentists before seeing Dr Ebner. I scheduled with a non-holistic dentist who was a cool guy, took my insurance and he did a nice job...except- I was concerned when he removed a silver filling during the (3 hour) visit with no prior notice/dam/oxygen or precautions for mercury. Superb level of detail and follow up. Excellent patient repoire. A real find for short and long term dental care.
Dr Ebner did an amazingly different exam than I have ever had. Very thorough. She even tied in different health issues I have to problems with my teeth. I was impressed! Now I have tools to help me keep from getting gum problems and cavities instead of just drilling my teeth. She's nice and gentle too!
Dr. Ebner and her staff go to great lengths to ensure the patients comfort and calmness at all times during the procedure. She is a very accessible and caring dentist. You can really tell she cares about her patients and involves them in every step of their dental care.I had alot of questions and she answered them all patiently and with kindness. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed at anytime. I know I am receiving the best care and information for my teeth when I see Dr.Ebner
Dr.Ebner was not professional in her consultation. She was very stern and not helpful. I will not be returning.

I am sorry you did not have the experience you were expecting. My treatment philosophy is to provide the most appropriate treatment for the problem for which each patient presents. Yes, it is awkward when a patient insists on treatment that is contraindicated, or even dangerous to their health.
