The front desk staff were welcoming and professional. Once my name was called, I was treated with genuine respect and compassion. The nurse who checked me in was thorough and attentive, and truly listened. My PA showed care and understanding, and I felt completely comfortable and safe throughout my visit. When I left, I honestly couldn’t think of a single thing they should have done differently.

I’ve been a patient with Jennifer for almost ten years. She has always been thorough, caring, and helpful. I also appreciate Melissa, Jennifer’s assistant, who completes my intake vitals. She is friendly and eases any anxiety I might be feeling about my appointment. I couldn’t ask for a better general medical team than Jennifer Flanery and her nurse Melissa.

My visit was very nice, I felt very comfortable even tho I am a new patient also made sure we went thru everything we needed to talk about and it seems as tho she really cares about me. That feels really great!

Dr Flanery is easy to talk to and was Very attentive during my appointment. She truly cares about her patient. She explains things well and uses layman terms to help you understand.

I've had Jen as a PCP for at least five years now and she has been great. She is very comfortable to talk to and makes an effort to hear my concerns. As a woman, this is much appreciated!! I would and do suggest her for primary care.
