Dr. Gerritts is genuine, she really does care! I never have felt like my appointments were rushed, she always takes her time, answers all my questions and explains everything along the way. My son switched to Jennifer a couple years ago, and now my husband is switching to her as well. The world could use more educated, caring doctors like Dr. Gerritts!
Dr. Gerrietts is very thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I have never felt rushed in her office. She is on top of the latest guidelines and cares about her patients.
Jenny cares. She is smart, she is genuine, and she is willing to help my husband with all of his questions. I am happy that my husband is in her hands.
Dr. Gerrietts is one who spends time with the patient and responds to all questions and concerns. I found her very compassionate and very caring. In my 7 decades of doctor visits, I have not found one better. She knows her medicine.
My wife recommended Dr. Gerrietts to me when my doctor relocated. She is very good with answering my questions and shows genuine concern for my health. Being over 50 has created some new challenges for me, but Jennifer has my back. I would definitely recommend her to anybody looking for a doctor that will follow up on your wellness and be firm when needed.
Dr. Gerrietts is kind and listens to her patients needs. She is knowledgeable and booking appointments with her office is incredibly streamlined. I trust her professional opinion to the fullest. she is one of the more compassionate doctors I have ever known.
I really like Dr. Gerrietts. She is compassionate and caring and I trust her knowledge and recommendations. She does not rush and is personable. She and her nurse Elizabeth follow-up with results in a timely manner. Elizabeth is also professional and friendly. Much better staff and easier to contact than her previous clinic location.
Dr. Gerrietts misdiagnosed my condition, telling me I had the flu. Not only did she tell me I had the flu but she was arrogant in doing so, lecturing me on the overuse of antibiotics. I have lymphedema from having had breast cancer surgery and I had an infection in my lymphedema arm, not the flu. Early treatment in this case is extremely important.
