I was excited to meet Jennifer based on numerous positive reviews. She canceled our intake appointment 7 minutes prior due to one form I had not clicked “submit” on in my portal and attempted to charge me a cancellation fee. I called Jennifer and Lifestance to discuss the issue during our scheduled appointment time. She did not answer any calls or emails from me or her staff.
