PA, “Jenny” provided me with exceptional patient care. She is knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and what impressed me most is that it was clear to me that she did her homework before seeing me. She knew the background of my case, and she was prepared to answer all of my questions. She explained things in a way that I can understand and even drew a picture to help me understand the involvement of my lymph nodes in my illness. I felt very comfortable and cared for and every patient deserves that.
My wife had an appointment with her usual doctor but unfortunately he was unavailable. Jennifer McArdle filled in. She was interested in my wife's questions and health, answering everything on my wife's mind. She was caring, taking the time that was needed to reassure and even comfort Vivian. Sometimes when it comes to "fill-ins", you don't know what you'll get We certainly hit the jackpot with Jennifer.
Wonderful, kind, caring, and supportive provider. I am thankful for the time spent with me, the attention to my needs, and the ease with which I can ask questions. Awesome job.
I go to St.Joes instead of the UofM to get phlebotomies done because the nurses that do them are experienced. It's no fun passing out because of the needle being in the wrong position. I haven't had that experience yet at St,Joes.
Always excellent and I receive the best of care for my ongoing condition.
