I received a bill for not being able to cancel an appointment in time. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to have an emergency. My child being sick that morning of my appointment didn't allow me enough time to cancel. I was charged $200, paid it, and ever since then have received a bill for $200. I can't get into my appointments without first calling the office to over ride the balance. You won't be able to see the provider until you pay the bill.
