I'm a client at Life Stance. I am very glad they have telehealth services. It's convenient and private. I really like my worker Jennifer Simmonds she is easy to talk to and a great listener. I have been to other places before and all they want to do is throw med's at you. Here if you are given med's you know what they are and how they are suppose to add to your treatment. Jennifer is very easy to talk to. She asks me questions that lead me to tell her about my recent life experiences. She does not rush me. She includes me in a discussion of my current medications & how they help me cope with life. She is attentive & offers me ideas as how best to enjoy my life, find a new primary care doctor, etc. I respect & trust her.
Jennifer is very educational and friendly. She helped me and she continues to help me with my meds.
