I would love to say LifeStance Health has help my life in so many ways and I would love to thank my doctor Jenny Yancey she has been the best . I would never want to use anyone else but her she does a great job and understanding me. I would give this place a 5* everytime great job 👏

Well, I was told that we had tried everything I possibly could med wise, but frankly it's not my job to find the medicine that works for me we were paying someone to do that and they would not. I don't get paid to make sure it works for me, she gets paid to make sure it works. Overall the service at lifestance has been super expensive and not very great. I had one telehealth appointment and was told, legally, I had to come in person to be prescribed one of my medications, which I understood and was perfectly fine with. I then proceeded to have 3 in person appointments in a row cancelled due to “unforseen circumstances”. I would have had to go without my medication had I not had an understanding primary care physician willing to fill my prescriptions. Don’t waste your time here. Find a doctor that values their patients time and actually wants to provide healthcare.

Jenny is very attentive and focuses on what I need as a patient. She is friendly, professional and helpful. She also responds quickly to messages thru the patient portal.
