Unfortunately I didn’t feel like the therapist I saw really gave me any new insight than I had already figured out on my own with self help books. The cost is OUTRAGEOUS. Paying $400 (after insurance because I didn’t hit the deductible) for 2 appointments (one that was 45 minutes) and then getting charged $150 for a 48 hour cancelation policy when I was 5 minutes short of the 48 hours feels a bit ridiculous and like this place is here more for profit than to genuinely help people.
