Dr. Anthony is an efficient, knowledgeable doctor who is pleasant and friendly. He shows care for his patients and their issues. Athens is very lucky to have him here in practice.
Dr Anthony listens to you and helps you to get your issues under control. Really nice Dr. I highly recommend . His office staff is friendly and helpful and I rarely wait for my appointment.
I am so very impressed with this doctor that I just want to jump up and down. I started seeing him in September 2016 with an A1C of almost 10. I am happy to report after seeing him today my A1C is 5.7...Wow! Through his treatment and encouragement, I have gone from being tired and miserable to having so much energy I don't know what to do with it! No there is no magical "pill", there was a lot of hard work involved. In my opinion, he's the best thing that ever happened to Athens and St. Mary's.
I did not visit this practice for two reasons - 1) only people who have never been seen by an endocrinologist are able to get in and 2) supposedly, there is a year long waitlist. It is apparent that this practice does NOT care about the health of Type 1 diabetics. Shameful way to run a practice
My experience with this office was deceiving and misleading.
Rating a one star because I have to. I would not recommend this office. The office staff lacks professionalism. All around negative experience.
