We purchased our 2008 Equinox in Dec 2014. When we drove it we noticed a few things wrong. The blinkers didn't turn off after you turned, the radio didn't work at all and one of the interior map lights had nothing in it. I told Craig (our phenomenal salesman) that we loved it, but wanted those things fixed before we purchased it. They did it no questions asked. If I could leave 0 stars as an option I would. Horrible unprofessional management and customer service. GM is a hot head and quick to anger. When asked to speak to someone above him we were handed a phone that read “Dad” so it was clear why he felt entitled to have the type of attitude he had. The situation at hand could have easily been handled in a more professional and proactive manner. I bought a 2021 GMC Denali from Jerry’s in Beresford that stalled and left me stranded on the interstate 3 hours from home in a blizzard. After getting towed to a dealership I was made aware of several prior issues the pickup had before I purchased it that my salesman at Jerry’s didn’t disclose to me per my request. After repair, I was left stranded again once again when the pickup stalled again. I had put less than 1000 miles and it at this point. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Less than a week after purchasing our Navigator something on the sunroof broke causing plastic pieces to fall into the center console and prevent the sunroof from closing again. An attempt was made to fix it but when we got it back it then leaked in multiple spots. After taking their advice and bringing it in multiple times to be fixed Drew now says that that's normal and it cannot be fixed.
