The staff was so helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. Royal was great in working with my situation of my trade in vehicle. Aaron was great in finding financing for us. The whole group was excellent to work with. They explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood everything on my new vehicle. Thanks again. Royal was very diligent about finding me a vehicle with everything I was looking for…when I arrived to test drive, he had it washed and ready for me to test drive. He’s very personable and understanding to my needs - great listener. Within a short time, I was driving off their lot with my new vehicle. They made the experience very comfortable and quick. Scott and Ethan were excellent to work with! They made the process so simple! Scott even watched our sleeping baby while we got everything cleaned out of our old vehicle. Would highly recommend!
One of the reasons I keep going back to Jerry's is they know you by name and treat you with fairness. Communication is a big thing for me and whether it be sales or service they go out of their way to do what they can for you and keep you updated. I always leave Jerry's feeling like I was treated with respect and not just another customer, from sales to service and finance they are all a great group of people!
